The EZ-CUT™ is a fully automatic, unattended system for cutting cover materials.

The EZ-CUT™ is a two-station machine featuring:

Four vertical carousels storing different widths up to 17-1/2" [450-mm] each accommodating up to 24 rolls of material in 24 different colors.

A cutting station that travels between carousels and automatically:

Cuts to precise size

Cuts a dual notch for loading on the MEK-A-CASE™ case- making machine cloth tray

Identifies, with an ink-jet printer, the JOB, PIECE number and cloth information.

Loads finished pieces into trays of an automatic stacker
